However, we would like to assure you that we have completed all the necessary documentation to facilitate the process on our side. We have the proposed subdivision map, the mutation, and all the transfer documents ready, but the government process from the Ministry of Lands is not yet complete.

Currently, we are following up with the Ministry of Lands, and we are optimistic that the process will be complete soon. We remain committed to ensuring that you receive the best service, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
